How the plan is selected
The clinical team reviews current symptoms, fluid and food intake, medications, allergies, pregnancy, relevant conditions, and vital signs. The requested ingredients may be changed or omitted.
Support the basics too
Sleep, food, oral hydration, cooling, and recovery time remain essential. Treatment does not guarantee energy, productivity, alertness, or a particular result.

Chest pain, severe breathing trouble, confusion, fainting, one-sided weakness, severe dehydration, or rapidly worsening illness requires urgent or emergency care.
