These terms apply when you use statmobileiv.com or request a service from STAT Mobile IV. Booking an appointment means you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or book a visit.
What STAT Mobile IV provides
STAT Mobile IV provides mobile IV services in the Tucson area. Licensed medical professionals deliver care under medical oversight. Every visit requires intake, screening, and a final eligibility decision.
The articles, prices, and other information on this site are general information. They do not diagnose a condition and they do not replace advice from your own clinician. STAT Mobile IV does not provide emergency care. Call 911 when you have an emergency.
Screening comes before treatment
You must give complete and accurate information about your symptoms, health history, medications, allergies, and other facts requested during intake. The clinical team may change, delay, stop, or decline a service when treatment is not appropriate or safe.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that you will receive an IV, a particular ingredient, or a prescription medication.
Appointments and service locations
You may request an appointment at any time, but a specific nurse, time, or same-day visit is not guaranteed. We confirm appointments based on staffing, location, and clinical eligibility.
You are responsible for giving the correct address, being available at the confirmed time, and making sure we have permission to enter the property. The treatment area must be clean, stable, well lit, and safe for the nurse and the client. We may leave or cancel a visit if the location is unsafe.
Prices, deposits, travel fees, and payment
Current starting prices are listed on the treatments and pricing page. Your total may change based on the approved treatment, selected ingredients, group size, annual Good Faith Exam, service address, or an announced promotion.
Reservation deposits are nonrefundable and are applied to treatment. Vail, Sahuarita, and Green Valley have added travel fees. The booking page or appointment confirmation will show the terms that apply to your request. Payment is due as stated during booking or at the visit. A payment processor may handle the transaction for us.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancellation, late-arrival, missed-appointment, and rescheduling rules may depend on the timing and type of booking. Review the terms shown during booking and in your confirmation. If something changes, contact us as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities during and after the visit
Follow the nurse’s instructions, tell the nurse promptly if you feel unwell, and follow the written or verbal guidance given after treatment. Do not interfere with medical equipment or ask the nurse to provide a service that was not approved.
Risks and limits of the service
IV treatment has risks, including bruising, bleeding, infection, irritation, infiltration, allergic reaction, dizziness, and other complications. The clinical team reviews consent and relevant risks before treatment.
To the extent Arizona law allows, STAT Mobile IV is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information provided by a client, failure to follow instructions, an unsafe service location, third-party systems, or use of this website. Nothing in these terms removes a right or responsibility that cannot legally be waived.
Website use
You may use this site for lawful personal purposes. Do not copy or republish our text, images, branding, or other content without permission. Do not try to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access, submit false information, or use the booking system for another unlawful purpose.
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise that every page will always be current, uninterrupted, or error free.
Outside services and links
Booking, payment, analytics, maps, or other functions may be supplied by outside companies. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use their services or leave this site.

Arizona law
Arizona law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Arizona unless the law requires another forum.
