• Payment and transaction details handled by our payment provider.
• Messages, questions, and feedback you send to us.

Please do not send symptoms, diagnoses, medication lists, or other private medical details through ordinary email or a general contact field. Use the secure intake process supplied during booking.

Information the website collects

Like most websites, this site records routine technical information. That may include your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location, and the date and time of a visit. Cookies or similar storage may help the site remember a session and measure traffic.

• To answer questions and confirm whether an address is in the service area.
• To schedule, screen, and provide a requested mobile IV visit.

Clinical intake and health records

Clinical intake is kept separate from routine website analytics. Access is limited to people and service providers who need the information for scheduling, screening, treatment, billing, records, or legal compliance. We handle protected health information under applicable medical privacy rules, including HIPAA when it applies.

The booking process may send you to Practice Better, the platform used for scheduling and secure intake. Practice Better has its own privacy notice and terms.

STAT Mobile IV currently uses Google Analytics, Matomo, and Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. These tools may receive routine device, browser, referral, and page-view information. We do not intentionally send the health answers from your clinical intake to these analytics tools.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Some site features may work differently after you do so. Browser privacy tools and the settings offered by an analytics provider may give you additional choices.

When we share information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share only what is reasonably needed with:

• Licensed clinicians and staff involved in your scheduling, screening, or care.
• Companies that provide booking, payment, hosting, communications, analytics, record storage, or technical support.
• Professional advisers, insurers, or authorities when needed to protect legal rights or comply with law.
• A successor organization if the business is sold, merged, or reorganized, subject to applicable privacy duties.

How long we keep information

We keep information for the time needed to provide the service, maintain required business and medical records, resolve a dispute, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Different records have different retention periods.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. No website, device, or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
