What happens at your location
- A nurse travels to an approved home, hotel, office, resort, or private event location.
- We review your symptoms, medications, allergies, and relevant health history.
- We check your vital signs and make the final eligibility decision.
- If treatment is approved, the nurse sets up sterile supplies, monitors the visit, and cleans the work area afterward.
- You receive instructions for after the appointment and clear guidance about symptoms that need urgent care.
Plan on about 45 to 75 minutes for the complete visit. Vein access, the selected treatment, and the infusion rate can change the timing.
Your nurse makes the final call
You can request a treatment or add-on, but the menu is not a prescription. The nurse may change, delay, or decline a request after reviewing your intake. Prescription medication is not included automatically.
Call 911 for chest pain, trouble breathing, confusion, loss of consciousness, signs of stroke, or another emergency. For routine questions, read our guide to choosing an IV and our screening and safety standards.
