Appointment walkthrough
From online booking to the nurse’s final check
A complete mobile IV visit usually occupies approximately 45 to 75 minutes. Access, screening, vein placement, and infusion rate can change the timing.
Before the appointment
- Choose an available time and provide the exact address.
- Complete the health intake honestly and list medications and allergies.
- Confirm hotel, resort, gate, parking, room, or unit access.
- Prepare a clean, well-lit place with a chair or bed.
- Keep pets outside the treatment area.
When the nurse arrives
The nurse confirms your identity, reviews the intake, discusses current symptoms, and checks vital signs. The requested treatment may be modified or declined. If the visit is appropriate, the nurse prepares sterile supplies and places the IV.
During treatment
The nurse remains present and monitors the infusion and how you feel. Report pain, swelling, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any unexpected symptom immediately.
After treatment
The IV is removed, the site is dressed, and you receive relevant post-visit guidance. Follow escalation instructions and seek medical care if symptoms worsen or new concerning symptoms appear.
