What we need to plan staffing
- Worksite address, parking, security, and entry requirements.
- Preferred date and treatment window.
- Estimated number of participants.
- A private, clean, well-lit treatment area.
- An on-site coordinator for access and scheduling.
Participation and health information remain private
Employees choose whether to participate and complete their own intake. Medical screening and treatment decisions are handled individually. Employers should not collect or request employee health details through the group coordinator.
Medical standards do not change for groups
Each participant receives individual assessment and monitoring. A requested treatment may be modified or declined when it is not appropriate.

When workplace scheduling is a good fit
Workplace service is best for a planned date, a known group size, and a private area where each participant can complete screening and treatment separately. It is not a substitute for an on-site clinic, urgent care, or emergency response.
Availability depends on staffing, participant count, location, and the time available for safe screening and care.
