Plan around the event schedule
Tell us the date, venue, access window, expected participants, and the time the space must be cleared. We coordinate staffing and appointment order around realistic screening, setup, treatment, and cleanup times.
For hotels and resorts, confirm the property permits outside medical providers and identify the room or approved treatment area.
Individual screening is still required
Every participant completes a separate health intake and receives an individual eligibility decision. Alcohol use, current symptoms, medications, allergies, pregnancy, and relevant medical conditions must be disclosed accurately.

Group size, address, timing, and staffing determine availability and cost. Travel fees apply in Vail, Sahuarita, and Green Valley.
Choose a realistic treatment window
Mobile appointments need enough time for private intake, vital signs, setup, monitoring, and cleanup. A quiet indoor area with seating, power, and reasonable access helps the nursing team stay on schedule.
Participants should not wait until the event begins to disclose health history or medications. Eligibility is decided individually and treatment is never guaranteed.
