Confirm property access first
Ask the hotel or resort whether outside medical providers may enter guest rooms. Provide the property name, reservation name, room or casita number, valet or parking instructions, and the phone number you will answer.
Choose a realistic time
Do not schedule immediately before checkout, transportation, a flight, or an event. A complete visit usually occupies approximately 45 to 75 minutes, and access or clinical factors can add time.
